The Town is seeking a qualified civil engineering firm or individual to provide professional oversight and professional services. The Town expects the firm or individual hired to possess certain attributes, with the most important being experience in civil engineering practices related to the above list of specific services. Also, extremely important is design experience in a coastal area especially in the Outer Banks region.
