Consulting Assistance for Permit, Assets & Work Order System Project Request for Proposal (RFP)
The City is seeking proposals for a qualified vendor to provide consulting services on selecting a new permit, land, assets and work order management system. Objectives for the consulting services include, but may not be limited to, the following:
* Expedite the systems RFP process and produce core elements of the systems RFP to ensure requirements continuity and consistent vendor responses to simplify system proposal evaluations.
* Facilitate and identify immediate and long term business process improvement analysis of selected processes.
* Expertise in and adherence to current and future technological trends and best practices for permit, land, asset, customer relationship and work order management systems.
* Develop functional prioritization, collation and scoring methodology for systems procurement processes.
