Phase I of the project would involve the review of current workflows in the ASU production
environment with on-site interviews of functional owners and users as required to adequately assess the efficacy and evaluate programmatic efficiencies. Phase II The second and final phase of the project will involve a return on-site engagement to complete the business analysis and design of new processes as recommended and subsequently accepted by ASU.
