Consultants for Application
The purpose of this procurement is to purchase the services of two consultants, through one or two vendors, to help develop the Residential Treatment Outcome System (RTOS) and the Unusual Incident Report (UIR) applications with associated maintenance changes in the Administrative Case Review (ACR) application.
