The City of San Jos Environmental Services Department (ESD) is seeking a qualified consultant to assist the City with strategic planning and provide consultation services to enhance current non-exclusive system, develop an RFP and draft agreement for services with respect to the re-design of the commercial integrated waste management programs, AB2176 compliance programs for large event and large venue waste reduction and reporting, and develop a process for incorporating annexed parcels into San Joses solid waste systems.
