Consultant to assist in the search for a Vice President of External Affairs
The Org is seeking proposal from consultants to provide assistance with an executive search for a Vice President of External Affairs.
The Org desires to contract with an outside agency for Search Consultation to hire a Vice President of External Affairs. The agency will be required to provide advice and consultation to the Search Committee. During the organizing phase of the search, the Agency will be expected to conduct a national search to help the committee identify the most highly qualified candidates; provide counsel to the Chair of the Search Committee; provide advice and models for maintaining and controlling records for the search, including candidate credentials; development of operating policies for the search committee; drafting of progress reports to the community at 4-5 key points in the search.
