Consultant for On-Line Self-Paced Training Series
The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to engage an independent consultant who will work with staff at Goodwill Industries International to develop a self-paced on-line training series. The audience for the training is staff working at local Goodwills that that are operating an older worker employjment program. The modules will be presented with audio, along with on-line transcripts and pre- and post-assessments. The training will provide introductory and routine program information to current and new program managers, intake workers, case managers, and job placement staff. The bidder that is selected to complete this contract will be selected based on the following criteria: instructional design expertise, previous similar experience, including submitted examples of past work, ability to meet schedule requirements, and feasibility of cost proposal. Proposals are due April 23. Final products are due June 30, 2010.
