The Organization is seeking to engage an independent consultant who will prepare tools and resources designed to help staff prepare older workers for employment opportunities in green industries. Based on a provided schedule the consultant will prepare a series of train the trainer modules, a staff resource guide, six career pathway charts, and 18 competency models for specific green jobs. Travel to six program locations and to GII in Rockville MD will be required.
