Consultant and Grant Writer
The County is seeking proposals from interested and qualified vendors to prepare a Service Area Competitive (SAC) grant application for a Section 330 grantee, provide technical assistance in applying for a Medicare and Medicaid Prospective Payment System (PPS) rate for Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC), and provide technical assistance to develop a plan to submit "Change in Scope" applications to Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA).
