Consultant Test Development and Training
Seeking a comprehensive approach to bring an Industrial/Organizational (I/O) consultant on board to assist during the civil service testing reform. This includes working with our team to review our guidelines/policies, train/educate the agencies HR staff on developing, administering and documenting valid civil service exams as well as be “on-call” for the remainder of the transition implementation to answer additional questions that may arise.
