Consultant Services to Conduct a State Disparity Study
The Department of Administration (the Department), through the Office of Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUB Office), is
seeking competitive proposals for consultant services to conduct disparity studies for construction activities, pre-construction,
contractual and consultant services, goods and equipment that are procured by the State and/or construction projects that receive
any funds from the State (hereinafter collectively referred to as the Disparity Study). The Disparity Study shall provide the factual
predicate needed to continue the current HUB laws, regulations, programs, policies and/or goals or amend them.
