Consultant Services for the Livable Centers Initiative Study

The overall purpose of the Activity Center Study is to develop a master plan for an “emerging center” that focuses on the development and implementation of strategies intended to improve the quality and diversity of land uses within the area, as well as address the needs for transportation infrastructure improvements, including walking/bicycling, pedestrian, transit and freight movement needs in the area.
