Metros New Look at Regional Choices work program is re-examining the way we carry out the regions long-range plan, the 2040 Growth Concept. The New Look at Regional Choices work program is separated into two broad categories: the Shape of the Region and Investing in our Communities. The Investing in our Communities portion of the New Look work program focuses on promoting opportunities for efficient land use and stimulating investment in 2040 centers and corridors. A key component of this work is to identify various new and existing tools that finance planning and infrastructure, promote job creation and economic vitality, and encourage desired developments in centers and along corridors.
