The City of Richmond is looking to establish a complete and accurate City-wide GIS storm drain geometric network to support infrastructure planning, pollutant load assessments and hazard mitigation within the entire City limits. The City of Richmond recognizes that its current GIS storm drain dataset is incomplete and inaccurate, and ancillary data sources, such as basemaps, are also incomplete. The City is now seeking to hire a consultant to address these issues and develop a complete and accurate GIS storm drain geometric network by October 1, 2009.
