The primary purpose of this study is to comprehensively review and evaluate current Community Transit operations to identify opportunities to improve overall efficiencies and effectiveness in service delivery as well as to ensure service is provided in the most cost efficient manner possible. The product produced from the study will provide a set of guidelines that will enable County leaders to improve current transit services and to plan for future enhancements over the next five years, with strategies for ongoing development for a ten-year period. This study will result in a strategic plan based on current information to ensure transit service provided is the best model to serve the important mobility needs of the County and the
region.
