Consultant Related Services-Subject Matter Expert For The Sunset Review Process
The purpose of this contract is to obtain services of a single, qualified consultant to provide information, advice, and assistance to HHSC concerning preparation for, undergoing, and responding to a Sunset review which is a complex and lengthy process. This qualified consultant will help HHSC by providing expert services for the agencies to assess their missions and statutory requirements and how their organizations meet those goals and regulations. The ability to have an expert in the Sunset process external to HHS provide guidance on the structure and approach to the Sunset review, analyze materials, help identify agency strengths and vulnerabilities, prepare staff for testimony, and interpret Sunset actions could be a significant asset to HHS agencies.
