Consultant Design Services, Urban Renewal Plan
The Plan should be structured to (a) identify serious problems that qualify the selected area as an urban renewal site, (b) explain why public action is necessary as a catalyst for private investment in the area in order for redevelopment to occur, (c) describe the specific public actions that will be undertaken and the anticipated redevelopment that will result from future private and public investment and (d) identify specific objectives as well as the larger goals/vision that will be achieved by Plan implementation.
