Consultant/Facilitator Dance Touring Initiative
SAF seeks a consultant/team with expertise in dance/dance presenting to assist with the design and delivery of learning experiences for a small cohort of dance presenters. The project will take place from 2009-2012, with the consultant services needed in small blocks of time over that period. The selected Consultant/Team will work with SAF staff in shaping the learning objectives, designing content of meetings/conversations, and facilitating the logistics of the resulting regional tour. The Consultant/Team will facilitate 3 face-to-face meetings over a three-year period and 2-4 conference calls (each year). Additionally, the consultant will facilitate the block-booking process for the initial tour and conduct a program assessment/evaluation during the final year. The Consultant/Team should also recommend additional resources (publications, Web sites, publicly accessible work samples, networks and membership organizations) that are affordable and accessible that may be incorporated into the professional development activities.
