Consultant: Audience Survey for inclusivehealthcenter.org
Scope of Work and Deliverables
Special Olympics will hire a consultant to conduct a pilot survey of our target audiences to determine their priority topic areas around inclusive health, what information they are seeking and not finding, their preferred content formats, and their preferred channels. The consultant will also conduct an environmental scan of online and offline platforms adjacent to inclusivehealthcenter.org dedicated to disability and health.
The Audience Survey consultant will:
- Conduct listening sessions with individuals in our target audience to collect basic demographic information, gain understanding of their knowledge of inclusive health, their familiarity with inclusivehealthcenter.org, and preferences for professional development and service learning.
- Develop 3-5 basic audience personas specific for the Center for Inclusive Health based on the listening sessions.
- Make recommendations for content creation/adaptation to improve reach and engagement of inclusivehealthcenter.org. Collaborate with separate SEO consultant on recommendations as appropriate. Recommendations should include preferred content formats (articles, videos, podcasts, case studies, etc.) and methods (email, social media, events, etc.). Consultant will not be responsible for creating content.
- Conduct environmental scan of platforms in adjacent spaces of health and disability to ensure effective knowledge management and efficient use of limited resources.
Timeframe
This consultancy will begin in April 2019 and will end in September 2019.
