The Caribbean Committee Climate Change Centre is seeking the services of a Consulting Firm to conduct an Integrated Needs Assessment to identify the Water Usage, Accessibility and Storage Needs in Barbados to identify the Most Vulnerable Households, polyclinics, schools, communities and farmers in Barbados for participation in a Water Storage and Rainwater-Harvesting (RWH) programme.
