Consultancy and design services in the field of security installations
The European Economic and Social Committee (as contracting authority) and the Committee of the Regions (as an institution party to this contract) plan to set up a central control centre for the security of persons and property in all 5 of their buildings (3 of these are linked by pedestrian bridges and 2 are separate). The purpose of this central control centre will be to rationalise the security resources and means presently used in the different buildings and to improve the quality of services in this field. A total of +/- 1 500 persons work in these 5 buildings. In order to set up this central control centre, the Committees wish, via this contract, to select a consultancy firm to be responsible for the design of technical and financial aspects of this central control centre project and to advise the Committees during its realisation by a contractor
