Consultancy Services Required - Technical Advisory Services
The assignment will support Nelesco to develop and implement the pilot project. This will involve deploying the required soft and hardware and test its robustness, to verify market acceptance, to test the sustainability of the business model, to stress test the Metcash/Nelesco data integration process and to iron out all inconsistencies, to enhance and stress test the service level agreements between Blue Dot, Nelesco and Metcash and to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of the processes and procedures. Service provider will be required to develop a technical assistance program for the beneficiary smmes and to identify issues and risks likely to face the venture and to recommend ways of minimizing the effects on the venture.
