Construction work for gas pipelines

The contract comprises the construction and testing of approximately 23 km of 1200mm diameter HP steel gas pipeline between Farningham and Hadlow and the relocation of a pigging facility. Approximately 23 km of the pipeline is located in fields/agricultural land with a number of road and rail crossings. There will also be a number of specialist crossings required utilising tunneling or drilling techniques with a cumulative length of over 1 km. Accommodation works and full reinstatement of affected land will also form part of the contract.
