Construction to Upgrade HVAC Laundry Bldg 16
Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, labor, supervision and expertise necessary for construction only to upgrade the HVAC systems serving the Laundry (Building 16) at the VA Medical Center, Alexandria, LA. The contractor must replace the existing rooftop and indoor HVAC equipment with new equipment. A Pump Room addition to the building is included to house chilled water hydronic equipment. Equipment and controls for metering laundry steam, natural gas, and domestic water consumption are also included as specified in the Architect's plan. All work shall be performed in accordance to the project plans and specifications. The dollar magnitude is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00.
