Construction of the Street Plaza
The components of the project shall include the following items, as well as other trades as documented in the contract documents. Selective demolition, cast-in-place concrete, site accessories, earthwork-grading operations, erosion and sediment control, concrete paving, unit paving, rocks and boulders, underground sprinkler system, turf and grasses, landscape plant materials, storm drainage, outdoor lighting and drinking fountain.
