Construction of the Southern Regional Technology and Recreation Complex
he Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission (Commission) hereby invites sealed proposals from interested and qualified firms for the Construction of the Southern Regional Technology and Recreation Complex, 1771 Tucker Road, Fort Washington, Prince Georges County, Maryland 20744, in accordance with the Request for Proposals. There will be a pre-proposal conference on July 7, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. at the Parks and Recreation Administration Headquarters Building, 6600 Kenilworth Avenue, Auditorium, Riverdale, MD 20737. Copies of the Proposal Document for the project can be obtained from the Director of Parks and Recreation Office, 6600 Kenilworth Avenue, Room 205/207, Riverdale, Maryland 20737, after 9:00 am on June 15, 2009. The cost per set of these documents is $200.00 and is non-refundable; only check and/or money orders will be accepted. The envelope containing the proposal should be marked in the lower left-hand corner, Sealed Proposal for Construction of the Southern Regional Technology and Recreation Complex. The Commission reserves the right to reject any and all proposals received, and to waive irregularities.
