Construction of the Sheriff Station
The Intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to obtain the services of a qualified general contractor to construct the Western Loudoun Sheriff Station. The project proposes construction of a (1) story structure including Sally port and Secured Detention areas along with the Administration wing, Kitchen and community room facilities. This project is required to achieve Leadership in Environmental Energy Design (LEED), Silver requirements, and all specific requirements are included within the construction documents. Contractor shall be responsible to ensure public safety and security of neighboring residents and owner staff throughout construction phase
