Construction of a Water Storage Tank at Montgomery Creek Rancheria
This requirement is a total Small Business Set Aside. Anyone may view the solicitation package, but only a Small Business is eligible to submit a quote.
This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Part 13 to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to construct community water storage tank and other required appurtenances in accordance with the attached drawings and specifications.
The contract type will be a Firm-Fixed Price Contract. An organized site visit has been scheduled for:

Contractors must possess a valid California State General Engineering Contractor Class A or C60 license or other state's equivalent license.
The estimated construction cost is between $25,000 and $100,000.
The solicitation package will be available for download on March 13 by an amendment to this notice. If you are an interested contractor, please add your name and email address in the interested vendors. This will ensure that you will receive an email from FedBizOpps when amendments are made to the solicitation.
This acquisition is governed by FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This is not a sealed bid and there will be no official "bid opening." Information concerning the low quote, other quotes, and the apparent low quote, will not be made public until after an award is made to the successful contractor.
