Construction of a Park

Construction will consist of selective demolition, clearing, erosion control, grading, turf and landscaping, irrigation, concrete paving, wood fencing, chain link fencing, a small pre-engineered picnic shelter, storm sewer, water service components, site furnishings, site signage, sports equipment, and other materials identified in the contract documents.
