Award Summary of Specifications: The main component of this
project is the construction of a (one story) Activity Center which
will provide indoor recreational space to be used primarily for
activities such as neighborhood meetings and socials, youth
tumbling and dance classes, a fitness room, a computer lab, a
storage room and a small reception area with an office 32502, by not later than May 4, 2010 at 2:30 p.m. local time.
Bids received after said date and time will be returned unopened.
