. 1 each SPC6 WaterLube Base
. 7 each 1 1/2" x 6" rubber Centering Spiders
. 1 each 25 HP Electric motor 3 Phase 230/460 volt 1800 RPM
. 1 each Size 3 3-Phase 230 volt Standard Panel
. 1 each Stainless Headshaft & Nut
. 1 each Test Pump Well
. 1 Lot Mileage Pump Rig X Number of Trips
. Setting Pump

NOTE: 230 volt should be acceptable with motor slightly oversized.
