March 15, 2015 - Curry Health District is requesting bids for the interior improvements for the medical clinic at Curry Medical Center, 500 5th St., Brookings, OR 97415.
The project includes the approximately 2,600 sf of interior tenant improvements.
Bid documents will be available at end of day May 18 to download from submitted web URL.
The applicable Oregon BOLI wage rates and provisions apply to the project. Substantial completion is July 31, 2015, however a bid alternate for earlier completion is included in the bid package.
Curry Health District is accepting proposals and bids on the project until Friday, May 29, 2015 at 12 p.m.
Please refer to the bid package summaries for additional information. The owner reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and make any decision deemed to be in the best interest of Curry Health District. The owner encourages the participation of local labor and material.
