Construction of Residence
General Contractors are invited to bid on the Park Staff Residence Construction project for the Agency. This project will consist of the construction of one (1) 1250 square foot (minimum) single story residence containing two (2) mirrored apartment units. Two Bid Proposals will be provided with this project. Bid Proposal #1 may be submitted for wood framed with vinyl siding construction. Bid Proposal #2 may be submitted for log home construction.
