Construction of Parking Lot
The Project consists of the following major elements: 1) Furnishing all products and performing all labor necessary for the 1) demolition and construction of approximately 8,250 square yard asphalt parking lot 2) construction of approximately 480 square yards of concrete sidewalk with ADA compliant handicap ramps at all street crossings as shown per the construction plans and 3) construction of approximately 220 linear feet of 15 diameter reinforced concrete stormwater piping with two (2) double-wing catch basin manholes.
