Construction of New Swimming Facility

The Government (the City) wishes to obtain general construction
services for constructing a new Swimming Facility.
A qualified general contractor, hereafter, called the Construction Manager (C/M) will
perform the services. The services will consist of pre-construction services and
construction services.
