Construction of New Library
- This RFP had a pre-bid event.
The City will receive electronic or paper bids for the construction of a new three (3) story, 126,717 square foot facility (approximate); all associated structural / mechanical / plumbing / electrical / lighting / telecommunications; all associated infrastructure / utilities; associated site work / landscaping / irrigation; entry plaza; service yard; parking area; and turn lane improvements. 2. Demolition of the existing library facility and existing parking areas. 3. LEED certification procedures and documentation.
