Construction of Homes
PNHS HomeOwnership Center is accepting bids for the construction of the following homes:
One - Twin Home
Unit A 1,300 sqft with 650 sqft unfinished basement, 3BR + 1.5B
Unit B 1,152 sqft with 576 sqft unfinished basement, 2BR + 1.5B
Construction will be on infill lots. Bids will be accepted from General Contractors and Sub-contractors with home building experience in all phases and trades of construction. Preference shall be given to all Section 3 Business Concerns and bidders will be required to submit a Subcontractors Certifications and Representation with their bid. All bidders must be licensed in the City of Pocatello and registered with the State of Idaho. Liability Insurance and Workmans Compensation Ins. policies are required. Project specifications and plans are available at office of PNHS, 206 North Arthur. Bid opening June 18th, at 2:00 PM at PNHS Homeownership Center. Minority and women owned businesses are encouraged to apply, as are businesses located within the City's municipal boundaries.
