Construction of High School
The Base Project is the construction of a new 257,525 square foot High School building. Work includes asbestos abatement; demolition of existing high school; general construction and related sitework; new plumbing, heating, ventilation and air conditioning, electrical systems; and fire suppression sprinkler systems. The estimated cost of the Base Project Work is $73,000,000.
