Construction of Fire Hall

Opportunity Description:
The purpose of this RFP is to select a proponent to provide engineerred stamped drawings for the design and construction of a new 14,000 sq. ft. fire hall for the Town.
The Fire Hall will be approximately 14,000 sq. ft. and used for the day to day operations of the Fire Department. It will consist of parking bays, a wash bay, and a two story portion that will house offices, meeting rooms and a lunch room.
