Construction of Clinic
The Clinic will require new construction including, but not limited to, walls, ceilings, connection of all HVAC systems and mechanical work, flooring, millwork, structural concrete, floors, and ceilings, any and all structural supports required for project/equipment/vendors, painting, all in-wall blocking, rails, testing, commissioning, coordination of equipment requirements with vendors and contract documents, new accessories, fire alarm, controls, fire protection, plumbing, utilities, electrical, electrical connect of all equipment, all rough-in, doors, frames, hardware, automatic openers, laminar flow biological safety cabinet, as shown on the drawings
