The Seattle District Corps of Engineers has a requirement to construct a C-17 Aircraft Simulator Bay addition to an existing threebay C-17 simulatory training facility and associated site work to add a roadway to connect two parking lots. The C- 17 Aircraft Simulator Bay will require a 50' X 50' X 38' high minimum clear bay and be able to support a 2.5 ton overhead bridge crane. Exterior walls will be concrete construction supporting a steel framed roof. The work will take place on McChord Air Force Base in Washington state. Magnitude of construction for this project is in the range of $1,000,000 to $5,000,000.
