Construction of Avenues & Two-Way Conversion
The project consists of the reconfiguration of 2nd & 3rd Avenues North from one-way streets to two-streets and the addition of bicycle lanes. The construction shall include, but is not limited to, 36 sign setup modifications; 23 new sign installations; over 27,000 LF of striping; and over 57,000 SF of chip seal.
