The Housing Authority is in the process of disposing of six (6) public housing complexes by sale to one or more California Limited Tax Credit Partnerships (hereinafter collectively referred to as Owner), so that the Authority's complexes will become privately owned affordable housing complexes. The Housing Authority will use funds raised in the disposition process to rehabilitate and modernize the affordable housing complexes, and administer these construction projects on behalf of the Owner through its Real Estate Services Department, 100 Great Oaks Blvd, Suite B, San Jose, CA 95119. Because the project involves limited, tax-exempt funding, schedule and budget considerations are paramount.
