Steam and Chilled Water Service from MH 27 to Blair Hall
Prequalifying for : This project involves the construction and installation of
portions of direct buried steam distribution piping on the campus of Winston-Salem State University. Scope of work includes installation of approximately 630 LF of new direct buried steam and condensate distribution
piping in a single casing, retrofit of two existing steam manholes with new valves and piping, installation of one new cast-in-place steam manhole with new valves and piping, installation of 600 LF of ductile iron chilled water piping, connection to existing chilled water vault, and steam and condensate piping modifications to existing mechanical rooms in Blair Hall. Site demolition and restoration is required.
