Construction -Black Kettle Replacement Fishing/Boating Dock
USDA Forest Service, Cibola NF, Black Kettle National Grasslands, has a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for - Construction: Fabricate and install three (3) prefabricated floating dock systems, including assembly, deck, gangway, support members, flotation floats, anchorage, cleats, connections and gangway assembly and other manufactured accessories needed or as shown on the drawing accompanying, manufacturer's requirements, or specified in this section for a complete assembled floating dock system. This project is located in Cibola NF, Black Kettle National Grasslands, Roger Mills County, Oklahoma.
- Skipout lake is located 11.5 miles west of Cheyenne, OK on Hwy 47 and ½ mile north on county Rd NS 1750
- Black Kettle recreation area is located 9 miles north of Cheyenne, OK on Hwy 283
All work under this contract is subject to Davis-Bacon Wage Act.
This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Small business Size Standard is $15.0 Million under NAICS code 238990. The magnitude of this construction project is between $25,000 and $100,000.
The Government anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed-Price contract using RFQ format Best Value - Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA).
In order to be eligible for award of a Federal Contract, potential vendors need to already be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) www.sam.gov
No site visit is planned at this time.
The solicitation package and specifications will be available on this website on or after August 13, 2019.
