Construction - Field Hangar Rehab
Work under this Contract shall include remodeling of the Multi-Purpose (Brown) Hangar Building North of the Air Museum to include: Removal of a 4400 SF total two story block wall and wood floor area; salvage of doors and hardware, light fixtures, and ceiling tiles. The cleaning and remodeling of a 6000 SF total two story office area; with repairs to walls, openings, paint, carpet, replacement of damage ceiling tiles new restroom and kitchenette. Hangar area repairs to consist of the wall and ceiling insulation with replacement vinyl covering; sprinkler/fire alarm work; cleaning and testing of HVAC systems; repair of the rolling doors to consist of new door support tracks, new door wheels, repair of door insulation and vinyl covering, new replacement liner panels, and the installation of an electrical door operator for each side of the rolling doors and all other items necessary to complete the project.
