USDA Forest Service, Tonto National Forest, Phoenix, Arizona, has a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for - Construction of an elk exclosure around an existing riparian area, removal of old/unused fence material from the project area and development of a spring into a livestock trough. This project is located in Payson Ranger District, Tonto National Forest, Gila County, Arizona.

All work under this contract is subject to Davis-Bacon Wage Act.

The Government anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed-Price contract using RFQ
Best Value-Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Small business Size Standard is $13.0 Million under NAICS code 23899. The magnitude of this construction project is between $25,000 and $100,000.

In order to be eligible for award of a Federal Contract, potential vendors need to already be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) www.sam.gov
No site visit is planned at this time.

Pre-Bid Meeting date and location to be announced in solicitation.

The solicitation package and specifications will be available on this website on or after July 2, 2019.

Offers or responses to the solicitation (include the solicitation number in the name of the document) may be sent to the Contracting officer by email: michelle.l.bahr@usda.gov before the deadline.

The Deadline for receipt of responses to the RFQ shall be August 6, 2019, 4:00 p.m. (local time)
