Construction Services
Provide all materials, equipment and labor for the Project consisting of construction of a new structure on an existing building foundation. The work includes the removal of an existing structure and its foundation, walkways and utility connections. The demolition of a majority of an existing building to include the removal of vinyl asbestos floor tile. The construction of a new 3200 square foot wood-framed single story training center, utilizing the existing building foundation and slab-on grade as described in the bid documents.
