Construction Project Management Software
The State Entity is seeking proposals for a Construction Project Management Software Application for use by the department as well as access by all departments on the university campus. The service is preferred be web based with unlimited users, storage and training. This product will be used to track all projects for the State Entity, and should be intuitive and informative to the users. Pricing should be for the initial setup including branding, documentation conversion and setup, training and first year usage, and should include pricing for four (4) consecutive years thereafter for a perpetual license agreement.
A demonstration of the product will be required of the top three (3) shortlisted firms.
