Construction Materials Testing Services
Sealed submissions will be received by the PLAQUEMINES PARISH SCHOOL BOARD until 2:00 PM on October 1, 2009, at the School Board Office located at 557 F. Edward Hebert Blvd., Belle Chasse, Louisiana 70037, at which time submittals for Construction Material Testing Services will be opened. Only the names of respondents will be publicly read aloud at that time. The RFQ Documents have been prepared for Plaquemines Parish School Board, by their Construction Manager, HOV Services, LLC / Meridian, 117 Jarrell Drive, Belle Chasse, La 70037 (504-392-3313). Submissions received after the above time will not be accepted. Any person requiring special accommodations shall notify the Plaquemines Parish School Board, through their Construction Manager, HOV Services, LLC / Meridian, of the types of accommodations required not less than seven (7) days before the submission opening.
Attendance at pre-submission meeting required.
